8-10 cups of snow (or shaved ice)
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Campfire Mini Marshmallows
Collect snow and place in a large bowl.
Pour condensed milk over snow and mix until creamy. (you may need to add more snow as you mix)
Sprinkle in cocoa powder, stirring until evenly mixed in.
Scoop frozen cocoa mixture into mugs or bowls, top with mini marshmallows and enjoy!
